Our Founder and Leadership
Our founder, Nikki Bibbero, built this company from years of hands on experience in the events and hospitality industry. She brings more than ten years of experience across global event management, business ownership, and leadership roles.
Nikki manages events across corporate events, nonprofit programs, conferences, and weddings. She has led intimate private dinners and large scale conferences with thousands of attendees. That range shapes how we approach event planning. We think about the small details and the big picture at the same time.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Jackson Christensen, drives operations and growth. He keeps our systems strong and our projects on track. Together, we lead with accountability, preparation, and care.
