Over the past year, I’ve had the joy of helping clients scout, plan, and book incredible conference experiences for 2025 and beyond—and I’ve started to notice some trends. These cities keep popping up again & again on client wish lists, and honestly, I totally get it. From walkability to waterfronts, foodie scenes to warm weather, here are the top conference cities my clients are loving lately—plus a few of my personal favorites.


Baltimore, MD

Baltimore is having a moment—and it’s well-earned. Whether you’re wandering the cobblestone streets of Fells Point, enjoying the buzz near the stadiums at Inner Harbor, or checking out the new Port Covington (now known as Baltimore Peninsula, home to Under Armour’s brand-new HQ), there’s something for everyone.

Phoenix is always a hit for its sunshine and outdoor energy, but it also shines when it comes to diversity in venues. Whether you're after a laid-back downtown feel or a luxe resort escape, there's a spot between Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley that'll suit your style.

Indy is so underrated. You can walk almost everywhere (especially with skywalks between key buildings), and there’s a friendliness to the city that just makes it feel manageable and welcoming.

  • Big city, small feel: Just the right mix of energy and ease

  • Centrally located: Great for national teams

  • Affordable: Your budget will thank you


Columbus, OH


If you like Indy, you’ll love Columbus. This Midwest city has invested heavily in its downtown, and it shows.
