Founder and CEO Nikki Bibbero is a planner by trade, a sommelier by passion, and a firm believer that great events (and great spreadsheets) make life better. When she's not bringing order to chaos, you'll find her traveling, hiking, crafting, reading, and enjoying really good food and wine.

COO Jackson Christensen keeps BME running behind the scenes and shows up onsite to make sure everything actually works. Off the clock, he's golfing, woodworking, tackling home projects, and choosing between whiskey or a ranch water, depending on the season.

Bibbero Meetings and Events is supported by an internal team of event planners and support service departments who work together to plan and execute events across a wide range of formats and industries. The team brings a mix of planning, coordination, legal, marketing, and other experience, allowing the company to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Clients benefit from working with a cohesive team that understands the full scope of each event and collaborates closely under clear leadership.
